Rental Terms for Vacation Homes

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking one of our vacation properties.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund – if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
  • 50% refund – if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in.
  • No refund – if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in.
  1. Age Requirement
  • A minimum age of 25 is required to book and rent any of our properties. By placing a booking, the guest confirms that they meet this requirement.
  1. Bed Linen and Cleaning
  • Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are not included in the rental price.
    Guests may bring their own or rent through us. Please book linen and towels well in advance of arrival.
  • Final cleaning is included in the total price, but the property must be prepared for cleaning according to our instructions.
  1. Number of Guests and Subletting
  • The number of guests must not exceed the amount agreed upon in the booking.
  • Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
  1. Responsibility for Damages and Costs
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.
  • Additional costs may be charged in the event of damage or violation of the rental agreement.
  1. No Parties or Events
  • Parties, celebrations, or large gatherings are not permitted without written approval from the property owner.
  • Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
  1. Parking Regulations
  • Guests must park only in designated areas or as agreed with the property owner.
  • Guests are responsible for checking whether parking fees apply if not included in the rental price.
  • Guests are also responsible for any toll road charges incurred during the stay.
  1. No Smoking
  • All our properties are strictly non-smoking.
  • Violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning charges.
  1. Pet Policy
  • The pet fee is 500 NOK per pet (only applicable to properties where pets are allowed).
  1. Additional Rules
  • Specific rules related to each property – including check-in/check-out procedures, security deposit, equipment, and facilities – are provided in the listing or information for the rented unit.
  • By booking one of our vacation homes, you accept these terms and conditions.
