Our spacious cabin is perfect for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking to combine comfort with nature experiences. Accommodating up to 11 people (ideally 6 adults and 5 children), the cabin offers a cozy atmosphere for quality time together. Enjoy evenings by the fireplace or relax in the sauna after a day full of activities.

Sjusjøen offers endless possibilities year-round. In winter, you can strap on your skis right outside the door and explore over 350 km of groomed cross-country trails. The alpine ski resort is also nearby for those who prefer downhill skiing. In summer, the area transforms into a paradise for hiking, mountain biking, and fishing.

For those seeking more excitement, rafting is just an hour's drive away. If you're interested in cultural experiences, historic Lillehammer with the Maihaugen museum is a short drive away. Sjusjøen is a true hiking paradise in the summer season. You’ll find everything from easy lakeside trails to mountain hikes with stunning views toward Jotunheimen and Rondane. Popular routes include Lunkefjellet and the 7-peak hike for those seeking a challenge. Trails start right outside the door – explore forests, open plateaus, and gentle peaks at your own pace.

Please note that bed linen/towels are not included in the price. Take it with you. Otherwise, it is possible to rent for NOK 250 per set (except for last-minute orders). Let us know in advance if you want to rent. Cleaning is included in the total price, but guests must prepare the property according to instructions. The fee will appear as a separate line when booking.
