Description

Welcome to quality time at Sjusjøen! 

Newer high-standard cabin with Jacuzzi outside on the terrace that maintains 38 degrees, Infrared Sauna outside in the annex, large living room with gas fireplace, well-equipped kitchen and large dining room with room for 12 around the table.

A separate TV room is also good to have if the children / young people want to retreat a bit. The cabin has 4 bedrooms where the master bedroom has a double bed and an attached private bathroom. One bedroom has 2 bunk beds, and 2 bedrooms have 1 bunk bed. The TV room can also be converted into a bedroom with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2.

In summer, this is a perfect starting point for long mountain tours in the area on foot or by bike. The trail cycling network on Ringsaks and Øyerfjellet is fantastic. The road network for regular mountain biking, including the Birkebeinertrasen, is also extensive.

If you are considering a trip to the area now this summer or autumn, the cabin is centrally located in relation to Hunderfossen family park, Lilleputthammer playland, Lillehammer city center pedestrian street, and Maihaugen, etc.

Recommends a mountain trip on foot up to Lunkefjell, which is located at an altitude of approx. 1000 metres. Here you have lovely views in all directions. And feel free to take a break at the Store Lunken pond, because here it is idyllic and, due to the shallow water, the bathing temperatures here are surprisingly good.

You can put on your ski equipment in the cabin and walk approx. 150 meters until you reach the wonderful newly groomed trail network on Lake Sjusjøen.

Practical information:
Bed linen and towels: Not included. You can bring your own or rent for 270 NOK per set. Please let us know in advance if you wish to rent.

Cleaning: Included in the final price, but guests must prepare the cabin for cleaning according to instructions.

Easter holiday: Bookings are possible for the following periods: Friday–Wednesday, Wednesday–Monday or the entire Easter week.
