Cabin Living was founded in 2017 by Tatiana Belkina and Truls Furuseth with one clear mission: to transform the way vacation homes are rented – making it easier, more profitable, and more enjoyable for both owners and guests. Rather than relying on a single platform, we combine listings across the largest national and international booking sites with our own website.

Each property we manage is treated individually. We create tailored listings and ensure they’re visible on all the right channels. This means maximum exposure, solid booking coverage, and better income for property owners – without any of the day-to-day hassle.

Our very first partnership was on Sjusjøen, with local trail manager Johannes Haukaassveen. Since then, we’ve expanded across Norway and now also offer vacation rentals abroad and city apartments in Oslo. Most recently, we launched a corporate cabin concept – making it possible for companies to offer cabin stays to employees, without needing to own or manage the properties themselves.

Tatiana is a natural-born entrepreneur with a deep passion for the service industry.

With a background in engineering and extensive experience in managing businesses within the hospitality and beauty sectors, she understands the importance of clear and effective communication – whether with customers, clients, or suppliers. Since founding Cabin Living, Tatiana has led the company with a steady hand, ensuring that all operational structures are well-coordinated. She’s deeply dedicated to her work – and it shows.

Mina Saastad

Head of Administration and marketing

Mina is our Head of Administration and holds overall responsibility for the company’s customer service department.

She also plays a key role in overseeing the company’s marketing efforts.

Mina ensures close and attentive follow-up with all of our stakeholders – from property owners in Norway and abroad, to guests staying in our rental homes, and the many trusted partners we work with.

Truls Furuseth

The founder

Truls Furuseth is the founder of Cabin Living and has extensive experience in sales, business development and entrepreneurship. He has more than 12 years of experience in short-term rental of holiday homes and has developed strong insight into what it takes to succeed with rentals – for both Norwegian and international guests.

Over the years he has become very familiar with most cabin and mountain destinations across Norway, combining his business background with a genuine passion for cabin life and great guest experiences. The goal of Cabin Living is to make renting out your cabin simple and secure for owners, while ensuring guests receive professional service from booking to check-out.

Kamala plays a key role in the daily operations at Cabin Living, ensuring that both guests and property owners receive prompt and professional support. She has many years of experience in short-term rentals and has worked with rental portfolios across several countries, giving her a strong understanding of guest communication and operational management.

At Cabin Living, Kamala is primarily responsible for guest services, coordination of operational tasks, and publishing listings across our booking platforms. She works closely with owners, guests, and partners to ensure that every booking and every stay runs smoothly and professionally.

With strong organizational skills, high availability, and extensive international short-term rental experience, Kamala helps Cabin Living deliver reliable and high-quality experiences for both guests and property owners.

Randi Stokkan

Accounting and Finance

Randi is responsible for accounting and financial management at Cabin Living, ensuring clear oversight of day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and financial follow-up. She has extensive experience in accounting across a variety of industries and contributes strong professional expertise and structure to the company’s financial operations.

In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Randi also assists with certain customer service and administrative tasks, making her an important support in the daily operations. Her accuracy, experience, and strong financial oversight help ensure reliable and professional follow-up both internally and with our partners.
